Memorial to John Lennon on his death. The Scarab is the Ancient Egyptian symbol of birth, death and rebirth, and, of course, John was also a Beatle.
The tunnel with its mausoleum architecture is a clear reference to death and the transition to an afterlife. The airplane signifies Lennon's final journey, but Horst could not resist the airplane crossing sign.
